Confucian Leadership in Millennial Character Building

The problems to be discussed in this research are based on the phenomenon of searching for millennial leadership character education Indonesia. In recent years, Western theories have dominated trend studying and rarely derived from Eastern wisdom. These influenced taught curriculum. Meanwhile, East has Confucianism, a concept called Jun Zi. Zi explained how person virtue acting as leader himself others. method used was interview method, with main object discussion obtained comparative analysis Confucian literature. limitation study is need more wisdom texts Indonesian, so facilitate objectives study, it necessary develop studies original language these teachings. Subsequent described Zi's suitability needs Indonesia, especially millennials who experienced various choices new models.
